I’m a strategic and results-driven operations executive with over 25 years of experience leading complex, cross-border manufacturing and supply chain organizations. From automotive and consumer goods to heavy industry, my career has been defined by a passion for efficiency, transformation, and sustainable growth.
My Story
Currently, I serve as Chief Operating Officer at W.E. Hoban Company, where I lead all aspects of operations, including purchasing, shipping and receiving, sales, and production control across multiple business units.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, I bring a global perspective and a deep understanding of lean manufacturing, cost control, labor relations, sales and supply chain strategy. I’m known for building high-performing teams, leading operational turnarounds, and implementing scalable systems that enhance EBITDA, reduce waste, and create long-term value.
With a foundation in industrial engineering and a relentless focus on continuous improvement, I’ve dedicated my career to helping organizations unlock their full potential.
I’m also the author of The Road of a Dreamer—a personal story of ambition, perseverance, and the lessons I’ve learned along the way. It’s a tribute to the journey behind the results, and a reminder that purpose drives performance.
