1.- Domestic Shipping Policy
- Shipment Processing Time:
All orders are processed withing 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently ship via USPS and UPS. Estimated delivery time within the United States is 3-7 business days.
- Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing tracking number(s). The tracking will be active within 24 hours.
- International Shipping Policy
- At this time, we only offer shipping to Mexico and Canada through our website. For other countries, we recommend purchasing via Amazon or other global retailers.
3. Damages
- The Road of a Dreamer is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Save all packaging materials and damaged good before filling a claim.
